Sims Tropical Fish Business Policies
We operate a minimum order value of £500 inc VAT, and all qualifying orders include FREE Delivery. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders online by 4pm on a Thursday for delivery the following Thursday. Orders are delivered by the licensed Courier DX before 1pm. Payment can be made at the checkout or via BAC’s with terms negotiable.
All fish sizes listed on our website are approximations. We always strive to send fish that are as close as possible to the sizes advertised.
Sims Tropical Fish Business DOA Policy
Please ensure that you have read the DOA policy before placing an order.
Livestock DOA claims can be submitted by 5pm on the day of delivery (Wednesday). When submitting a DOA claim, we require the number of fish affected, the species and supporting images emailed to us at business@simstropicalfish.co.uk
Successful claims will be credited against the account.
