
Sims Tropical Fish Business Policies
We operate a minimum order value of £500 inc VAT, and all qualifying orders include FREE Delivery. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders online by 4pm on a Thursday for delivery the following Thursday.  Orders are delivered by the licensed Courier DX before 1pm. Payment can be made at the checkout or Via Bacs with 30 day terms for all businesses.

This policy sets out the payment terms applicable to customers purchasing goods or services from Sims Tropical Fish Business. Our standard payment term is 30 days from the date of invoice.
We aim to maintain clear, consistent and fair payment practices while ensuring that invoices are paid promptly and within the agreed terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices issued by Sims Tropical Fish Business are payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
Customers who fail to make payment within the 30 day period will automatically have their orders placed on stop until resolved.
All fish sizes listed on our website are approximations. We always strive to send fish that are as close as possible to the sizes advertised.
Sims Tropical Fish Business DOA Policy
Please ensure that you have read the DOA policy before placing an order.
Livestock DOA claims can be submitted by 5pm on the day of delivery (Thursday). When submitting a DOA claim, we require the number of fish affected, the species and supporting images emailed to us at business@simstropicalfish.co.uk
Successful claims will be credited against the account.
