Sims Tropical Fish Business Policies

We operate a minimum order value of £500 inc VAT, and all qualifying orders include FREE Delivery. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders online by 4pm on a Thursday for delivery the following Thursday.  Orders are delivered by the licensed Courier DX before 1pm. 

All fish sizes listed on our website are approximations. We always strive to send fish that are as close as possible to the sizes advertised. 

Sims Tropical Fish Business DOA Policy

Please ensure that you have read the DOA policy before placing an order.

Livestock DOA claims can be submitted by 5pm on the day of delivery (Wednesday). When submitting a DOA claim, we require the number of fish affected, the species and supporting images emailed to us at business@simstropicalfish.co.uk

Successful claims will be credited against the account.

Our track record speaks for itself, between 2019 and 2025, our couriers have successfully delivered over one million boxes of live fish to our retail and trade customers, achieving a right-first-time delivery rate of over 99.9%. Please ensure you have read and understood our DOA, payment and delivery policies before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
